The roasting arm of Halifax's pioneering Two If By Sea cafes (est. 2009). Founder Jon Howse visits farms personally in Colombia, Honduras, Nicaragua, Mexico, and Peru. Uses a unique cool-slow cooling method to preserve natural sugars; roasts on Mondays with staff cuppings on Tuesdays.

The bag of beans smells like fruit. The flavour's nice, but I don't think I would drink this all the time. Nice to change it up though.
