Popping tasting notes, the flavours are blended well! Tried in the aeropress but wasn't as tasty as a pour over! Great cup and great roast.

This been has all the tasting notes. Each flavour is blended so EVENLY it's a great cup of coffee! For a light roast the flavour profile is fantastic!
“It's THEE fruitiest espresso shot and it holds up”
So I ordered a flat white from this place and then I ended up getting a bag of beans (last post) and the owner or someone higher up on the staff noticed and we started talking shop. While the barista was making my flat white with a different bean they told me that I should've tried their limited bean, which is this one. He then proceeds to tell the barista to make me another flat white with the new bean. He drops some espresso knowledge (I'm new to the espresso game) and tells me that normally it's hard to get fruity flavours in a flat white but he says this bean did it and oh man, he was right. Great staff could tell they love coffee and were willing to make me another bean to try. 10/10 cafe! Now the drink This was the perfect most flavourful flat white I have ever had in my life and I will go out of my way to get More lol thanks for reading the rant. If I could give this six out of five beans I would have.

Saw this at a local cafe and it was the last bag on the shelf! To me that's destiny calling! Not my normal go to tasting notes but Iit truly hit every flavor!! Honestly tasted like a candy apple from the local fair. Sweet and mildly savoury but more just sweet candy apple! Very impressed with this company would 100% buy again!!

Has that gritty taste that is finished with a smooth flavour of blackberry! Thoroughly enjoyed this cup, very much so up my flavour profile just extra fruity sweet! Great cup from a killer house barista!

Went from economy (my set up) to first class (Greg's set up) awesome to use some new gear! Now the bean! It's got gritty earthy feel (which I like in a cup) with an "berry" explosive fruity flavour as an after taste! Great coffee to experience and could be on the list
“Serious step up for las chicas”
Bloobs, strawberry, and almost chocolate nougat is the flavouring and smell I got from this cup! Going to set it aside for a week to let it gas and see the difference. Truly the right step for Las chicas and super excited to see what is in store from this local roaster! Great Cup and would definetly buy again!

Definitely a medium roast locally roasted would love to try it in different ways like a espresso and pour over but the cottage aero press is perfect

“FIRST NITRO BREW OF THE YEAR!!”
Made the initial grind to fine so I don't think the 24hr steep was given its full potential. First cup of nitro brew tasted watered down after N2 pump. But now that it sat over night in the keg, the brew is stronger and delivers a perfect Guiness looking coffee! Honestly delicious. (Adding berries and chocolate covered strawberries to the next steep. Just to experiment!) can't wait to have fun with this thing this summer ☕️🙌☕️

All I could taste was good flavour profiles, mixed with whiskey and coffee!! Truly a phenomenal bean if it wasn't so $$ I'd definitely make this a daily or weekly!
